You should be able to login multiple devices to your Spotify premium account but you can only stream Spotify from one device (or multi-room group) at a time. The Spotify App allows you to switch among different Spotify Connect clients. If you group multiple Cobblestones you'll only see the group master speaker on the Spotify App.
